In touch with my inner My Little Pony
So there was this REALLY pretty rainbow outside this afternoon, and of course I went skipping around to the receptionist to drag her by the arm to come lookie!
It's the simple things, some days, that make for the happy stuff.
Had Quizno's for lunch with L_S. Good, sodium-packed times. My diet hates me, my tummy thanks me. At least there's Olive Garden tomorrow (just soup for me), and Lean Cuisine again Thursday. So I'll be back on the wagon at some point before week-end.
I now use Outlook at work - I am in lust with that email program, especially after the last year or so of Lotus Notes. Ugh. Clunky, not-so-functional program. (Useful in that it really didn't have a great deal of *features*, so it won't be as confusing to some, but... I like functions and doodads and whomagigs and other goodies and widgets in my programs. Makes for the fun. So.)
Also got the cord I needed to make my iPod shuffle plug into my speakers at work, which means a) no headphones to fuss with, and b) no more risking trouble by streaming Yahoo music. Yey.
And now, there's only 45 minutes left in the day. *drums fingers*
