I just put a sizeable chunk of today's paycheck on my credit card.
If I can keep from spending much more than the cost of gas for the next two weeks, I should be able to pay off nearly all of it with the paycheck on the 31st. Quite possibly all of it, as that check covers 82 hours, instead of 75.
I'm holding on to this dubious hope that nothing will come up between now and then, and the debt I've been stuck with for a full year+ will finally be gone. Completely.

I'm wearing Dana O'Shee (milk, honey and sweet grains)today, and loving it - it didn't go sour the way Milk Moon '06 did, and it isn't overpoweringly sweet. Another one of those snuggle-up-to scents I love to come across. It has hardly any throw, which is good for work wear. I decided to go for a milk-and-honey theme for half the imp pack I ordered (the other half simply being 'hey, that sounds nifty'), and I just may go down the wishlist and try a few more, because I'm still seriously considering ordering the Sportive Sun blend (Heliotrope, amber, almond flower, frangipani, cedar, and calamus.) The amber, almond flower, and frangipani are piqueing my interest, but the heliotrope and calamus... I don't know enough about scents to know how they will work. So. (Cedar I could go either way with - this blend sounds like it would be quite warm and pleasant, as compared to, say, the Carpathian Mountains LE that's smells just like hiking above the timber line in the mountains.)
I also made myself a new BPAL icon, but have yet to upload it, because it means swapping out another one I don't use, and I like my iconses. ;_;
