Lasagna and garlic bread for dinner. Nummers.
Ran errands today, but I didn't end up helping at *all* in the garage; I fell asleep upstairs in Mom's room because it was too loud to nap in mine (folks across the way were having 2 large trees removed and ground into bittybits). Needless to say, Mom has a brand-spankin'-new mattress that is extra-firm and layered with cozy, 400-ct sheets. The power went out, so no alarm clock, so... yeah. I basically slept from about 10am-3pm. Oops.
Still waiting to hear from work - I was told by the end of this week, but I know how insane it gets down there, so... eh.
Ripped a few more CDs for my iPod. Need to rip about 15 more. Ah well. Getting there, slowly. (Naamah, I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind on sending you stuffzes, so... yeah. Working on it, promise, but... oof?) Everyone else I was supposed to mail something to, it's on the list as well. I amaze myself sometimes -- no matter how little I have scheduled in a day, or how much time I happen to have on hand, nothing ever gets done. Ever. It's rather impressive, really, the level of slacker I've got going on this month. Oy.
Hm. Salad's done, garlic bread's waiting to go in the oven, lasagna's baking. . . I did grocery shopping, so we have REAL FOOD now. (My breakfast was at about 5pm and consisted of a package of crumb donettes in the checkout line.) Anything else that goes well with cozy italian homestyle? *ponders* I found spumoni ice cream for dessert. Heheh!
*poings off to be domestic-ish*
