Breakfast: Pecan Crunch granola bar(s) - 1 package of 2, about 200 cal.
Snack: Cran-grape juice; 1 cup coffee = 100 cal each --> 200 cal
Lunch: Chicken soft taco, chips & queso = 500 cal, give or take
Afternoon: coffee! 100 cal.
I'm probably close to 1000 calories (the taco had more sauce on it than I anticipated, even though I behaved on the queso dip, only using a little...) by now, so as long as I don't make a pig of myself at dinner, I should be fine. (Hell, I could just skip it. I usually do.)
Now, if the back of my quads would stop protesting, maybe I can get some decent exercise in soon. Work on the Plank osana or something low-impact like that.
