Dec. 16th, 2005 12:58 pmHey, all you folks who want a card (ifIevergetaroundtoit), you need to leave me your addy on the screened post. :) It's not even f-locked. C'mon. Gimme an excuse to waste money (thatIshouldbesavingforcarpayments).
In other news, my room has been destroyed and put back together mostly. Today should complete the window work. And hopefully, I'll not have to deal with this again. o.o; In another 2-3 weeks, I should have my new furniture, too. Which means less stuff shoved *under* the bed, clothes actually put away, etc. and my closet will be storage instead of stuffage.
Which means that I should have a decent living space soon. Huzzah.
And I went to the Gap and found work pants that FIT. Actually FIT, no funky wrinkles an' shit, and they're long enough. The last time I found pants like that, I was a size 8. The meantime hasn't been pretty (I was pushing the 'stretch' labeling on those in a sick, wrong way...).
In other news, I was approved for a car loan, blank-check style; up to 20K of loan at 5% interest, 60-month term. Not half bad, really. Now I just need to do the car-shopping AT the dealers, instead of online. I'm debating something wagon-y, Subaru legacy/outback, Toyota Matrix, etc. Small-ish, though, more sedan than SUV. Hm.
Aaaaand to make this post suitably whiny and cynical per my usual style, I have a killer headache. Yesh.
[Yes, the anti-deps are working wonders, and no, I'm not going to ditch them anytime soon. I haven't been this not-angry in years. It's a really nice change. o.o]
