Yeah, pair of capris fit! *dances around*
I suppose there's something to be said for working at a place that, while it doesn't offer much in the way of activity, bans any food from public consumption. Which means I can't nibble while sitting on my ass, so as long as I have a sensible breakfast and not-so-massive lunch, I'm actually sloooooooooooowly losing weight.
Blew almost $100 on yoga supplies at Target - I got a beginner's kit, a mat bag that was just too damn cute (and had way too much potential for embellishment later), and some cheap-o exercise pants, sports bras, and a tee shirt to keep in my car for Sunday a.m. classes. Hopefully, I'll start to tone up a bit, too. If I can get through the beginner's stages, I may go snag a how-to DVD that I saw on some more intense workout techniques for stamina, etc. We'll see. I'm just looking forward to actually doing something physical that won't leave me sick for the rest of the day, like most exercise does.
I've decided that June and July will be Self-Improvement months for me; next up is hammering out more of a realistic budget, and sticking to it.
