First off, I wanna work at Google Mountain View. Seriously, go take a peek at google.com/jobs and look at the office description. Sounds so awesome.
And there ARE Admin Assistant positions, though I'm not about to relocate for break-even salary. But still. ^_^
Secondly, Naamah's website is live: www.morningstarhall.com Go, take a lookee! (Do it, dammit! I'm unemployed, cranky, and one of my hobbies includes medieval weaponry. Don't MAKE me come over there.)
Thirdly... Is it 7pm already??? o.O:: I went traipsing about south county today, and DAMN am I tired. But send your good vibes/juju/whathaveyou my way - I interviewed for a data entry position in seal beach. The office has a KOI POND in its front lobby. Awesome? Fuck yeah. And the commute means it's about 20 minutes away (next door, in SoCal terms). So.
Had to fight the urge to go to Circuit City today - I've been working my tail off trying to get jobs/interviews/etc, including freelance envelope-stuffing, etc. Normally, I work hard, I reward myself with a goodie. The new ipod shuffles are cheap enough to count as a 'goodie'... I just don't have the dinero, save via the VISA company. Hrm.
I suppose I need to link my bank account to Paypal, soon, to shamelessly beg for donations and/or do those paid survey things. ^_^ I'm going to make ends meet somehow, damnit. [I just hope it's not in the fast food industry. Of all the work clothes I have, I seriously lack black or khaki-colored work pants a la Dickies. Sad, isn't it? o.o;]
I have also rediscovered my guilty pleasure of really, REALLY bad romance novels from the Big!Lots dollar bin. ::^_^::
