Feeling strangely lonely this week. Probably all the holiday stuff (ever notice how Christmas music usually involves people and snuggly-bunny-warm-fuzzy relationships if they're not about the Happy Birthday Jeebus bit?) and now the inundation of BUY THEIR LOVE WITH OUR PRODUCT commercials on television - between being broke and not really having anyone other than Mom to do the buying for... eh. It probably doesn't help that I'm going through old fiction bits that follow the Boy Meets Girl plot premise. I need to be careful I don't shop to feel better, though; I've done that far too much in the past to the tune of several hundred dollars, and I just felt worse afterwards. This year's budget is going to be about $150 - $100 for Mom and $50 for everyone else (coworkers, etc). Which means a few presents for a few folks and not much for people I'm not as close to. (And frankly, no one *needs* presents.) I don't know if Mom is planning a Christmas letter this year or not - if you want to get it, email me a mailing address. *shrug*
Someone make plans with me - other than trying to pass an exam before December 15th, I don't have much on my plate. Come play with meeee!
