wakeiseiyoWearing BPAL's 'Lilium Inter Spinas' today - it's actually a NICE lily-ish scent that doesn't go rancid on me, and remains pleasantly soft despite having accidentally applied WAY too much this morning. I think I may definitely order another imp (as mine is rather broken/leaky anyway).
Went to RP last night for the first time in a long while. It was actually rather fun, and when things got into the TMI areas, rather than sit there and shut up and roll my eyes at the woefully misinformed boys in the room, I pulled the alpha female card and put them in their place. And like most children that act out inexplicably, they seemed to appreciate the boundaries that had been established. [And I quote, "Guys, do you REALLY want to argue various aspects of a woman's body with me? Really?" And they kinda shook their heads and shut up. Win for me!]
If there is RP again next Sunday, I totally plan on being there. :D (And if Saturday goes well and I'm not in a foul mood afterwards, I will definitely be trying some kitsuke method or other, because I've been skimming the kimono_fashion community and trying - yet again - to track down possible affordable obidome sources or methods. I just may be going to Claire's/The Icing for more than headbands this week.)
In other news, I am SO ready for today to be over.
