I scheduled my insurance exam for tomorrow, but I am SO DUMB right now. I keep re-reading the chapters and nothing is sticking. I'm failing every one of the practice exams (the only answers I'm getting right are the ones I remembered from reviewing the corrections from previous exams... not really helpful when the national exam pulls from a different database).

I'm tired and cranky and my stomach hurts and I didn't get fuckall done at work today even though I was busy the whole time and I really, REALLY want to just be done with this stupid exam. I could not take it - it's not mandatory - but then I wasted company money and time taking a class all semester designed with the exam as its end goal. So. Giving up isn't much of an option. Failing the test means I pay out of pocket (to the tune of $250) to re-take it later, and HOPE I succeed then.

BLARGLE.

*thud*

I emailed the dept peoples and begged them to bump it to Monday, but it's 10+pm on a weeknight and there's no reason for them to check their email until they get in in the a.m. so... yeah. I feel like even more of a dumb schmuck about postponing SO late, but the optimism that I'd recall anything didn't stick with me once I left the office (and the Windows computer that can run the practice exam software).

I'm going to bed (on time for the first time in forever since this semester started).

Please, no one let me take TWO classes and Tea per semester again? Please? This is the second time I've done this, and I'm still exhausted and frustrated, though I didn't come down with the plague this time (yay for chewable Vitamin C tablets in Costco-sized bottles 5000% DV is good enough for me!). . .

*crawls into bed and dies for a while*
