Feb. 13th, 2009 01:45 pmHm. Barefoot Merlot is not very good for mulling, even after adding a heaping tablespoonful of honey.
But it is nice to have a warm drink when it's starting to rain outside. :)
Short (really short!) day - got one errand done, stopped for lunch at a new restaurant (all sit-down, so lunch was a bit pricier than I anticipated, but it was good) and decided I didn't want to deal with driving another 20 miles further south to get my oil changed - I'll do it next half day. I just didn't feel like wasting time after waiting for an hour for one simple blood draw. (One vial. I was in back for about 2 minutes TOTAL. Ugh.)
I'd rather have a lazy afternoon and Season 2 of the Tudors, anyway. :)
