wakeiseiyoIf you have Four Paws pet products, this is probably a good thing to know. (I don't think we do at home, but the thought is scary. I suppose it's a GOOD thing our dogs are too small and too lazy to bother with chew toys of any stripe.)

Hit up Big Lots last night for votive holders for the backyard (the ones we had did not weather well and their remains are now in a spider-infested box at the side of the house. I'd rather buy new ones than reach into that thing. Seriously. Bought six glass votive holders, a box of tea lights, and then spied a neat soapstone trinket box for my room. And since I needed some exfoliating body wash... The Dove one came with a sample of tanning lotion (that 'energy glow' stuff) - for medium to dark skin. I figured, what the hell, and slapped it on my legs last night. I was tan-ish in less than an hour. Seriously.
Holeeshite, but I have color there now. It's not pumpkin orange, either. Color me impressed!
So for shits and giggles, I put it on everywhere else this morning (except my back, because there is no way I won't end up streaking if I do it myself. Need mom's help, I think.). My (minimal) cleavage is now a nice creme brulee color, rather than, say, paper white like usual. Hell, all the red spots and uneven areas don't look nearly so bad, either.
o.O: I just may have to buy a bottle of the fair-to-medium stuff to keep this up. I even look a little thinner with some color on my skin. (Gained back all the weight I lost. Damned period.)
