Hm.
Two nights now of Aromaleigh's Nocturne nighttime treatment, and there's no real improvement in my skin. On my chin, I have a new breakout, actually, though I don't know if that's from the treatment or something that was coming to the surface anyway. So far, I'm not sold, and I'm rather glad I didn't buy the full-size only to be disappointed. I hope the Vitamin C regimen items are better, because I'd really like to try those, but they're not available in sample sizes. Boo. (I do like the sponge applicator, though - it does apply makeup nicely, though it takes some getting used to.)
I would like to point out that their makeup items are FANTASTIC. But I have just-barely-controlled acne and a rather oily chin, so facial treatments are always a YMMV sort of thing. I really recommend ordering a few samples - their customer service and turnaround time is awesome. And hey, samples - you don't wind up with a full-sized makeup item that looks like crap on you just wasting space! If you do like it, you can order full-sized. :) And they have a ton of coupon offers. I would note that for the larger (kabuki, blush, powder) brush items, Sonia Kashuk brand at Target is a *little* less expensive but still decent quality. Otherwise, I have not found ANY brushes outside of a Michael's art supply store that are as nice for those prices. (Yes, I am using craft store paintbrushes for some of my makeup. They work just dandy and they're on clearance for $2.) Also, they have forums for customers and we can post pictures and whatnot. Fun times. I'm on there using my SCA name.
Anyway. Lazy morning - I woke up at 9-ish, for all I went to sleep at 3, and lay in bed until my stomach decided I was too hungry to stay any longer. (Which is ironic given that I ate a bit too much last night and probably hit the 1800 calorie mark when I'm aiming for 1300. Oops.)
And now I'm back in bed. Yay for laptops with (picky, finicky, on-and-off) wireless connections! [I have the number to Time Warner if there's ANOTHER service outage. This is getting old. I shouldn't have to reboot the whole network on a daily basis.]
I also seem to have fallen off the tanka challenge bandwagon. Drat.
